These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UniMed website and our education-consultancy services. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

UniMed is an education consultancy that helps international students apply to medical and health-science universities in Europe. Contact: office@unimedeu.com. Registered details: „UniMed Europe” Ltd, company number 208745635, Bulgaria.

2. Nature of Our Service

  • UniMed provides guidance, application support and consultancy. We are not a university and do not award degrees.
  • Admission decisions rest solely with the universities. We do not and cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval or any specific outcome.
  • University names, tuition figures, deadlines and statistics shown on this site are indicative and may change without notice. Always verify current details with the relevant university.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your country of residence. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must act on your behalf.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or unlawful information;
  • Interfere with the site's operation or security;
  • Copy, scrape or reuse content without permission (see clause 6).

5. Bookings and Consultations

When you submit a contact or booking request, you ask us to contact you about our services. Submitting a form does not create a binding service contract; any paid engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees and terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, design, logos and graphics — is owned by UniMed or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. The "UniMed" name and logo are our marks. Official university names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce site content without our prior written consent.

7. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep information accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Programmes, fees, dates and requirements change frequently and are set by the universities and authorities, not by UniMed.

8. Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites (e.g. universities, official authorities). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Following such links is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniMed is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory EU consumer-protection rights.

10. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain all mandatory statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal for distance contracts. These Terms do not limit those rights.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
